For just over a decade, I've worked alongside founders and business owners in the creative and tech industries who built something around a discipline they love, not because they set out to become "business people."
Because I've built and run businesses myself, not just advised them, and because I'm currently working across several different businesses at once, I bring a live, current view of what's actually going on, not just inside any one business, but across the wider landscape. That combination is what lets me get to what's actually driving a problem fast, cut through the noise, and help you prioritise what matters commercially.
